Growing the sport through photographers, videographers, writers, and creators. 

It has long been my goal to create content that helps document and preserve the history of the game; without this history, the sports greatest moments may simply fade into obscurity. As I have worked towards this goal, I have unfortunately also documented some of paintballs best creators leaving the industry, whether it was groundbreaking videographers like David Quittmann, or major writing publications that are simply no longer are around. In my mind, the game needs as many creative minds as it can garner; somewhere, the next Quittski, Cassidy, or Spohrer is out there, they just may not have the resources to follow their creative vision and dreams. Enter, The Creators Fund.

The Creators Fund is simple; we want to help support and grow the next wave of the sports great creators. Whether that be through travel costs, equipment, mentorship, or access, our goal is to help empower creators to make the content they dream of creating. Iconic Paintball will be providing and funding all the infrastructure to make this project possible and grow the sport through storytelling. Utilizing strategic partnerships with some of the paintball industry's best creative minds, The Creators Fund will also provide unique mentorship and guidance to the sports emerging creative talents.

A critical aspect to driving long term growth and sustainability in the sport is building a business around the creative disciplines and networking within the industry. He has become the games most respected and polished story-teller and has been the major driving force behind dozens of groundbreaking media projects that have stood the test of time. Now as the lead creator at GoSports and the voice of paintball, Matty has spearheaded the growth of the sport through his unique and creative style and has helped expose millions of people to the sport over the last 15 years.

The co-hosts of one of the fastest growing and most downloaded podcast in the World, Marcello Margott and Tyler Harmon have used their unique perspectives as some of the game's top players to bring a new style of community to paintball. With Play the Game podcast, they have grown the largest private community in the sport, and helped preserve the game's history with their creative approach to interviews. Marcello and Tyler will help mentor in the fields of podcasting and community building.

David "Quittski" Quittman, Lancer Tactical. Videography Mentor.

Regarded as one of the best videographers in the sport's history, David Quittman has been on the cutting edge of shot composition, editing, and how the sport is consumed by the masses. Always in search of new and exciting angles on the field, David helped define the way the game was filmed and processed during the golden era of the game into the modern day. David helped record and preserve the earliest days of SoCal pro paintball, and created some of the most viewed videos in paintball history. His expertise will help aspiring videographers in chasing their own goals within the sport.

A technical expert in both photography and videography, Brian Wolfe exploded onto the paintball scene a few years ago with his constant pursuit of perfection in both his style and his technical ability with a camera. He has grown one of the games most polished media outlets and has been at the forefront of both video and photo quality in the sport. His ability will help Creator Fund creators in helping to define their style and technical prowess with their equipment.
